Every Monday, our new weekly selection of dishes goes live. Pre-orders open for the upcoming weekend delivery.
The Weekly Cutoff
Orders close every Saturday morning. This allows our kitchen to source fresh ingredients and prepare your meals in time for Sunday night delivery.
Sunday Delivery
Freshly prepped meals arrive at your doorstep on Sunday night, ready to nourish you for the week ahead.

Honest Details
Containers
All meals arrive in eco-friendly, and microwave-safe containers. Once you have enjoyed your meal, simply toss the container in your bin—no washing or returning required!
Reheating
Each meal comes with simple reheating instructions. Most dishes are best enjoyed within 7 days of delivery.
Dietary Needs
We label common allergens on every item. If you have specific dietary requirements, please reach out before ordering.
Delivery Zone
We currently deliver across Metro Vancouver every Sunday. Pick-up is also available at our Kitsilano kitchen on Monday.
